I am excited to announce that effective May 1st 2008, Comprehensive Benefits Agency, Inc. will be merging with Group Benefits, Ltd. of Urbandale, Iowa. Combining agencies gives our agents and brokers access to a much wider variety of products, including group health insurance, a broader range of senior market products, dental insurance and more.

Commission levels for agents currently licensed with CBA will remain the same or possibly be higher. No agent will take a cut in 1st year commissions or renewal commissions. All agents will remain 100% vested in their block of business from day one. This is a benefit that is unique to both CBA's and Group Benefit's agents and brokers.

Your current carrier appointments with CBA will automatcially transfer to Group Benefits, so there will be no need for new appointment paperwork. Click here for the GBL Affiliation Agreement that should be filled out and faxed to me by Monday, June 2nd 2008.
