As a valued agent, Comprehensive Benefits Agency (CBA) provides you with the tools you need to effectively sell your individual medical products.
Assurant Agent Sales Site provides access to health proposal software, marketing materials, communications and forms. This is a secured site - you will need a UserID and Password. If you don't have this information, please contact CBA.
To make things easy, Comprehensive Benefits Agency (CBA) is introducing its Sales eKit. CBA has created three Sales eKits for you to print and use, depending upon the product you are going to write. Each Sales eKit includes the product brochures, inserts, applications and other forms you will need to write a piece of business.

Here's how CBA's Agent Referral Program works.
1 - Send me an e-mail with the name and phone number of a good agent.
2 - I'll contact the agent and get them appointed with CBA.
3 - Earn a $25 bonus when the new agent places their 1st piece of new business with CBA.
Terms
1 - You can earn multiple bonuses. Just keep on referring good agents!
2 - The $25 referral bonus is paid after the new agent's 1st policy has been issued.
3 - This program is for writing agents only. General Agents are not eligible to participate.
