Qualification Time Frame
- New business must be SIGNED during your first 30 days of contracting with CBA. The new business must get ISSUED in order for it to qualify.
Other Things You Need to Know
- This contest is for Assurant/Time/Fortis individual medical new business only.
- Short-term medical or Student Select doesn't count.
- Amount will be paid in the form of a pre-paid visa card with the bonus amount loaded onto the card.
- Applicants rolling from one plan to another, re-written individuals or add-ons do not count.
- Agents may not assign, combine or transfer business for the purpose of increasing their earned premium amount.
- The value of the bonus is taxable for qualifiers. The value of the bonus will be reported on the qualifiers annual IRS Form 1099 Miscellaneous Income.
CBA Reserves the Right to
- Modify or terminate the sales contest, change qualifications, dollar amounts and/or timeframes at its discretion and without notice.
